Buyer must remove EVERYTHING from the unit and take all trash and contents off the property. No previews and bidders may not enter the units prior to bidding. All units are sold as-is. Shipping is not available for this auction. Units are subject to redemption by the unit renter at any time up to the close of the auction. Units may be removed from the auction if all owed funds, fees, and penalties are paid in full prior to the close of the auction. Payment via credit card is due immediately atter the auction is completed. Cards will be charged immediately after the auction ends on November 18. $30 fee for bounced credit card payments. Make sure your card has funds available that day. Chargebacks are stricly forbidden and the buyer agrees to waive their right to file a chargeback against the auction company for ANY reason. Michigan sales tax exemption form 3372 must be filed with the auction company before the end of the auction. No refunds of sales tax once credit card payments are processed.
